Delete Your Account

You can delete your No Bindi account at any time directly from the app. This action is permanent and irreversible.

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • You will lose access to all your listings and messages.
  • Active Premium subscriptions are not refunded.
  • Your email becomes available for future registration after 90 days.

How to delete your account in the app

    Open the No Bindi app on your device.

    Tap your profile icon (bottom right corner).

  3. 3

    Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).

  4. 4

    Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".

  5. 5

    Read the warning and confirm your decision.

  6. 6

    Your account will be deactivated immediately and data deleted within 30 days.

Alternative: request by email

If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

    Send an email to [email protected].

    Use the subject: "Account deletion request".

  3. 3

    Include the email address associated with your account.

  4. 4

    No Bindi will process the request within 30 days.

What happens to your data?

Data deleted

  • Profile and account information
  • Published listings
  • Uploaded photos and images
  • Message and chat history
  • Favorites and custom lists
  • Push notification tokens

Data retained for legal obligation

  • Transaction history: 5 years (tax obligation)
  • Authentication logs: 12 months (security)
  • Support and complaint data: 3 years
