  • High response rate (≥ 90%)
  • History of completed transactions
  • Account with consistent activity time

Meetings and Payments

Choose public places

Arrange meetings at banks, markets, cafés or other busy places with people around.

Inspect before paying

Never hand over money without having the item in your hands and inspecting and testing it.

Bring someone along

For high-value transactions, ask a friend or family member to accompany you.

Avoid isolated locations

Refuse meetings in unknown locations, private homes or places without foot traffic.

Fraud and Scams

Be wary of unrealistic prices

Offers well below market value are often fraud schemes. If it seems too good to be true, be suspicious.

Never pay in advance

Don't transfer money via Orange Money, bank transfer or any other means before receiving the item.

Ignore urgency pressure

Legitimate sellers don't pressure for immediate decisions or create artificial urgency.

Check the photos

Photos copied from the internet or catalogues are a warning sign. Ask for additional photos of the real item.

Account Security

Strong password

Use a unique, strong password. Never share your credentials with third parties.

Log out

Always log out on shared or public devices.

Recovery email

Confirm that your recovery email is up to date in Settings > Security.

Suspicious activity

If you notice strange activity on your account, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Report Problems

Report a listing

Open the listing, tap the three dots (...) and select 'Report'. Choose the reason and describe the problem.

Report a user

Go to the user's profile and use the 'Report' option. Our team acts within 24 hours.

Contact support

For urgent or unresolved situations, contact us directly by email or phone.
